Hi friends, Toady i am gonna solve a worpress issue which is add new plugin option is not available on wordpress dashboard. There could be so many reasons behind it but i am gonna check it step by step process. some possible reasons could be like
Site Role: You don't have the right to add or modify plugins. You can check it by doing users section.
Plugins Issue: So it could be just because plugins are not allowing us to add any new plugin.
- Plugin Limitation: Might be there is a limitation of plugins to add on websites, so just deactivate any of the plugin and refresh it and check it.
- Plugin Conflict: Might be any plugin is allowing us to add new plugin. You need to just activate and deactivate one by one.
Web Config file restriction: It might be someone have restricted files and plugins to update by default by configuring the file. in that case you need ftp server credentials.
that's it. You are now able to install and activate any plugin.
